The following herbs will help you fight signs of ageing without causing any harm because they don’t have any chemicals.
The cinnamon is known to prevent collagen breakdown and stops the loss of skin’s elasticity. Studies have found it to boost collagen synthesis which basically means that it prevents ageing. Just mix a teaspoon of cinnamon powder with a teaspoon of honey and apply it to your face for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off afterwards with lukewarm water. Do this at least twice a week.
2- Ginger for Signs of Ageing
Ginger has an abundance of antioxidants that give it its anti-inflammatory properties which help prevent signs of ageing. Mix a tablespoon of grated ginger with a 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 4 tablespoons of brown sugar. Use this to scrub and exfoliate your face for 10 minutes and then leave it on for another 10 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water.
This magical herb is full of antioxidants and flavonoids that prevent your skin from free radical damage and help prevent signs of ageing. Add 10-15 drops of oregano essential oil to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and use this to massage your face and neck. Do this before going to bed and let it stay on your face overnight. Turmeric is known for it’s widespread uses in beauty, medicine and herbal treatments. It has the cure for almost everything including, signs of ageing. The curcumin present in turmeric is a powerful antioxidant that instantly fights free radicals and protects our skin from harmful UV rays which eventually lead to signs of ageing.
Mix together half teaspoon of turmeric powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply this to your face and massage for 10 minutes. Leave the mask on for another 10 minutes and wash your face when it dries.
